Our Adult Support Service is built around one simple idea: good people supporting good people. We offer friendly, reliable, non‑regulated support that helps adults stay independent, confident and comfortable in their own homes.
We take pride in providing a personal service – the kind where you know who’s coming to your door, you feel listened to and you’re treated with warmth and respect.

We work alongside you – never instead of you – offering practical guidance, emotional reassurance and hands‑on support that fits naturally into your home life.

Support for Adolescents
(16+) Living Independently
Helping young people build confidence, skills and a positive future
Our 16+ service offers steady, practical support for young people preparing for or already living independently. We focus on real‑life skills, emotional confidence and building a stable foundation for adulthood.
Everything we do is non‑regulated, supportive, and centred around the young person’s goals.
What we help with
- Cooking, cleaning and home routines
- Understanding tenancies and managing bills
- Budgeting and money skills
- CVs, applications, and attending college or work
- Confidence, motivation and healthy relationships
- Travel training and community engagement
- Health and wellbeing routines
What we don’t do
We don’t provide personal care, clinical tasks, therapy or 24/7 supervision.

Services We Do Not Provide
To remain compliant with CQC regulations and ensure safety, our workers cannot perform:
Personal Care Tasks
- Washing, bathing, showering
- Dressing or undressing
- Toileting or continence care
- Changing pads or assisting with incontinence
- Applying creams or lotions to the body
- Oral hygiene support
- Childcare duties, as we are not registered for this.
Clinical or Health‑Related Tasks
- Administering medication
- Managing medication systems (blister packs, dosettes)
- Monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar or other health metrics
- Wound care or dressing changes
- Catheter, stoma or PEG support
Physical Assistance or Transfers
- Lifting or carrying a client
- Using hoists, slide sheets, or transfer aids
- Helping someone in or out of bed
- Assisting someone on or off the toilet
- Supporting someone in or out of a bath or shower
These activities fall under regulated personal care and require CQC registration.
High‑Risk Domestic Tasks
- Heavy lifting
- Moving furniture
- Climbing ladders or step stools
- Deep cleaning requiring chemicals or equipment
- Gardening involving machinery
